In case you didn’t know… After spending years on the independent circuit and performing for top companies like ROH and TNA, Austin Aries finally joined WWE in 2016. He went to the NXT brand in March 2016 where he stayed till August of that year. He then became a color commentator for 205 Live due to suffering a large orbital socket injury. He made his main roster In-Ring debut as part of 205 Live in March 2017 and entered into a feud with the Cruiserweight Champion Neville....

This week, speaking on the Pancakes and Powerslams Show, Cage revealed that he recently turned down a move to WWE, and opened up about why. In case you didn’t know… A decade ago, Brian Cage had a short run in FCW before being released by WWE in 2009. Recently, Cage has become one of the biggest wrestlers on the indie scene - making a name for himself as a dominant force on Lucha Underground and looking incredible on his return to Impact Wrestling last week too....

Lesnar wasn’t scheduled to be in the match but the scenario had been set up earlier in the show with someone taking out Sami Zayn, freeing his spot in the match. It seemed that Braun Strowman was the person responsible, although he denied it. Come to find out, he was telling the truth as “The Beast” was the guilty party and he took advantage of the situation to get into the match and capitalize....

Until last week, the list of Superstars set to engage in this one-of-a-kind match featured Daniel Bryan, Baron Corbin, Aleister Black, Rey Mysterio, Apollo Crews, and Otis. Sadly, last week Apollo Crews sustained a severe knee injury during his title match against Andrade. As a result, he was ruled out of action and it is expected that he will return to continue his rivalry with the reigning United States Champion....

In case you didn’t know… The last time Steve Austin was seen inside a WWE ring was at WrestleMania 32 last year where he joined Shawn Michaels and Mick Foley as they confronted The League of Nations, a former WWE stable consisting of Rusev, Alberto Del Rio, Wade Barrett and Sheamus. Austin delivered stunners to Rusev and Barrett as the legendary trio cleared the ring. The New Day entered the ring and joined them in celebration....

The confrontation between the two did not end on the show itself and continued on backstage after SmackDown Live went off the air. Styles was about to talk about the events of the show when he was interrupted by Samoa Joe who came out to the ramp and provoked AJ Styles. He said that he had a letter from a member of the WWE Universe to AJ. The letter was actually a fake one which Joe had written himself....

After he eliminated Rey Mysterio, to the shock of many, Andrade ripped off the mask of the legend. He mocked the Lucha Libre icon afterwards, claiming that “he was the new face of Latinos”. In case you didn’t know… Andrade and Mysterio had a series of fantastic matches with each other on SmackDown earlier this year. It was thought that it would lead to a WrestleMania match between the two, but nothing came from it....

In case you didn’t know… Extreme Rules is less than two weeks away, and the card is already taking shape with seven Championship matches announced for the show in Pittsburgh on July 15th. The show is WWE’s final stop on the road to SummerSlam and will push forward many feuds ahead of the Biggest Party of the Summer. Balor and Corbin have had a number of issues over the past few weeks and even had a verbal confrontation this week which has obviously led to this match....

NXT Women’s Champion Asuka has officially become the longest-reigning NXT Women’s Champion in history, with her reign now sitting at 310 days. She has surpassed Paige who was the former holder of this accolade, with the Japanese superstar breaking the record less than two years into her WWE career. In case you didn’t know Asuka has defeated some of the top women in the company in order to hold onto her crown, with victories over notable superstars such as Bayley and Nia Jax who both currently perform on the Monday Night Raw roster....

In case you didn’t know… Ruby Riott, Liv Morgan and Sarah Logan debuted on SmackDown and brutally attacked Naomi and Lynch the night after Survivor Series. Lynch had not been seen on WWE television since the attack back in November. The heart of the matter Riott, Morgan and Logan faced Natalya, Tamina and Carmella of The Welcoming Committee in a 6-woman tag team match. Logan got the pin by hitting Tamina with a handspring knee to the back of the head....

Both of these stars have also been very vocal about wanting to fight each other at the grandest stage of them all. In case you didn’t know… A few weeks ago on A Moment of Bliss, Alexa Bliss announced that the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles would be won in an Elimination Chamber match. The WWE had been teasing the titles for some time, basically since WWE Evolution, where it was rumored that new Women’s Tag Champions would be crowned before the company even announced the titles. On the Christmas Eve episode of Monday Night Raw, Vince McMahon announced that the titles would be reintroduced in the coming year....

Apparently, Wyatt maintained kayfabe, while making a comment about said fan’s mother. In case you didn’t know… Wyatt and Hardy were involved in a feud for several weeks on RAW. Their rivalry ended when Hardy defeated Wyatt in an “Ultimate Deletion” Match, and threw the latter into the Lake of Reincarnation. Wyatt then helped Hardy win the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal at WrestleMania 34 earlier this month, following which, the duo formed a Tag Team and went on to win the RAW Tag Team Championships at WWE’s Greatest Royal Rumble PPV on April 27th....

In case you didn’t know… Bret Hart is a former WWF Superstar who worked for the company between 1985 and 1997, before eventually quitting the company in 1997 following the infamous ‘Montreal Screwjob’. Despite departing from the company under bad terms, “The Hitman” remains as one of the most successful Superstars in WWF history, having won the Intercontinental Championship, the United States Championship, the Tag Team Championship and the WWF World Heavyweight Championship five times....
